About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing guidance and support throughout the car-buying process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale.
  • Conduct vehicle condition assessments to ensure accurate appraisals and provide customers with a seamless experience.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, including receiving and processing vehicles, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as processing sales paperwork, managing repair orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
