  • Spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking projects in collaboration with Process architects, Automation developers & IT, leveraging advanced AI, ML, RPA & process mining technologies.

  • Lead and cultivate strong functional partnerships, guiding the integration of state-of-the-art AI/ML, automation, and data analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of the business functions.
  • Apply process mining & process discovery techniques to find process efficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Support the integration of advanced natural language processing techniques, such as Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), into RPA workflows.
  • Lead PoC efforts to showcase AI feasibility and value. Translate PoC results into production-ready pilots.
  • Build hyper automation solutions leveraging RPA, Document Processing, AL & ML.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in generative AI techniques, including familiarity with LLM models.
  • Develop and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs and RAG, to build conversational AI & automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Automation solutions using emerging technologies (RPA, document processing, ML, AI).
  • 1+ year of experience in AI development using LLMs, GPT models and Azure AI.
  • 1+ year experience in prompt engineering considering user intent, context, and reasoning.
  • Proven experience in frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel, vector databases. OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, MS Azure OpenAI services.
  • Knowledge of ChatGPT/Copilots, machine learning, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Familiarity with AIOps, MLOps, including CI/CD, model training or testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with data engineers, data scientists, and automation developers.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java.
  • Hands on experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI.
  • Certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, AA Master Certifications are preferred.
  • Effective communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
