Job Title: Sr. Solutions Architect II

At MetroStar, we're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solutions Architect II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation strategies that improve the SDLC process.
  • Develop and maintain Cloud, DevSecOps, and Cyber strategies for growth of Machine Learning and AI operations across our public sector clients.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret level security clearance.
  • 7+ years of experience building solutions and solving complex software development problems.
  • Strong experience as a DevSecOps Architect or similar role, architecting, designing, and building DevSecOps solutions at scale, in the cloud, across multiple classification domains.
  • Expert understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Expert-level experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing cloud-based applications and services.
  • A strong track record of incubating/building DevSecOps capabilities, API platform strategies, integrating DevSecOps with Data platforms, driving platform execution with engineering, and launching cloud solutions.
  • Extensive experience in Linux, Python, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, and other open-source technologies.
