About the Role

Vista Global is a leading private aviation business, renowned for its exceptional service, safety, and reliability. We are seeking a highly motivated Auditor to join our Malta Head Office or work remotely from the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing vetting of third-party vendors to ensure compliance with Vista Global's standards.
  • Apply the Vista Global Third-Party Vendor Standard across the Group, highlighting regional variances and reporting to the Third-Party Vendor Approvals Manager.
  • Onboard new operators, update databases, and ensure alignment with vendor information.
  • Manage the addition of new aircraft based on sales demand.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Auditing experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and structured approach to work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Working Arrangements

The Third-Party Vendor Approvals team operates 24/7. You will work an average of 40 hours per week, covering a mix of morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Night shifts can be worked from home, with hours negotiable between the team.
