Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth due diligence and risk assessments on third-party vendors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with various business units, operations, technology, risk management, and other stakeholders to understand the business environment and evolving priorities.
  • Maintain ongoing business relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead various projects and other duties as assigned to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations, ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in Third-Party Risk Management with a proven track record of success.
  • Recent experience working in a large financial institution or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Access experience is an asset.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days/week in the office.
