Senior Wireless Communications Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Communications Systems Engineer to join our team at Management Business Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing wireless communication systems. Your expertise in wireless technology and signal processing will be essential in driving the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop wireless communication systems, including planning, implementation, and testing
Develop and implement algorithms for wireless communication systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Participate in lab and field testing and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
M.S. or Ph.D. in Wireless Communications and Signal Processing
Minimum 7 years of experience in wireless system design and development
Extensive knowledge of RF propagation and channel modeling
Expertise in MATLAB programming and simulation
U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with wireless mobile ad-hoc networking, medium access, and routing algorithms
Knowledge of cognitive radio congested and contested spectrum and interference mitigation
Familiarity with RF sensing, signal detection, and classification
