Work Schedule: Weekdays 9 AM - 6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM - 5 PM, Sundays Closed (Saturday shifts are rotated among team members).

Compensation: $20/hour plus quarterly bonuses (not commission-based), with several paid holidays and your birthday off.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and administrative skills. Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality, as well as prior property management experience, is highly valued. We provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you excel in your role and support your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective residents interested in our communities. Respond to online inquiries, handle phone calls, schedule tours, and provide informative community walkthroughs.
  • Process leasing applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate security deposits and lease signings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, assisting with inquiries regarding renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, and account questions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure apartments are ready for new residents, monitor property needs, and follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Create a welcoming experience for residents during their move-in process.
  • Assist residents during their move-out process, handling move-out procedures and security deposit returns.
  • Manage rent postings and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
