Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare apartments for new tenants by performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Address work orders and repair requests promptly and effectively.
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies to ensure availability.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance alongside team members.
  • Supervise external contractors when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Capable of handling a physically demanding workload.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, a commitment to teamwork, and a professional demeanor. You should be meticulous, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

  • Two years of multifamily maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical work.
  • Valid EPA certification.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Availability for weekend work and on-call emergency maintenance rotation.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $26.00 per hour
