Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain food safety intervention systems, applying upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  • Provide regular maintenance and training to plant personnel on system operations and maintenance.
  • Manage customer service activities for multiple plants within an assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact for plant personnel.
  • Interface with customers to achieve outstanding customer loyalty through superior customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area.
  • At least 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and colleagues.
