Salary and Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will receive a competitive $45,000/year salary. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. You will also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Your strong work ethic and commitment to success will make you an asset to our team.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Self-motivation, detail orientation, and a dedication to customer service are essential qualities for this position. A Property and Casualty license is preferred, but not required. If selected, you will be expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
