Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is a key member of the Eastwood Homes team, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective leadership, coaching, and training of sales staff. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, homebuilding process, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coach and train sales staff to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports
  • Develop and implement sales promotions and events to drive sales growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the real estate or homebuilding industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Conditions:

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Manager will be required to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
