Job Description

At 167 Turtle Creek, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee and train staff, plan and organize store events, inventory, and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a retail showroom and a proven track record of success in sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Plan and organize store events, inventory, and sales to drive business growth
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the VP of Customer Experience to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a similar or related role
  • High school education or GED
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Established connections within the industry
Work Schedule

The Retail Store Manager position is full-time, typically working 40 hours weekly.
