Role Overview

As a Client Advisor at Richemont Americas, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Panerai boutique. Reporting to the Panerai Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand, promoting our high-precision instruments and Swiss watchmaking excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve/exceed monthly and yearly turnover targets, while contributing to the boutique's overall success.
  • Develop and manage a loyal client base, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on brand knowledge, product features, and competitor analysis to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Participate in boutique operations, maintaining a high level of presentation and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database, capturing client data and building relationships through exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Result-oriented, with strong selling skills and a team player mindset.
  • Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
