High Performing Sales Team Lead for B2B Payments

Xyon Global, a leader in payment solutions for small businesses, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive market penetration strategies.
About the RoleThis critical position involves managing a team of outside sales representatives and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding performance, exceeding quotas, and a strong desire to succeed.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential (OTE $120+) and a strong benefits package. Our central office location in San Diego provides a positive, family/team-oriented environment with ongoing ping pong tournaments, electronic hoop setups, and company lunches.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily appointments with 1099 outside field reps and coach, train, and develop reps to close new business.
- Guide Reps on how to self-generate and build a business in their local territory.
- Oversee the sales process, working with Operations to submit, approve, and train accounts.
The successful candidate will be a closer with a 'no fear' approach to sales, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple reps. They will also have excellent communication and motivational skills, as well as high energy to motivate a team.
Requirements- At least two years of B2B sales experience (inside/short cycle preferred).
- Proven track record of outstanding performance, exceeding quotas.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple reps.
