About the Insurance Broker position at Alchemy Financial Group

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help us manage our business development activities and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include finding new clients, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to develop tailored risk management strategies
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current and new clients
  • Assess the needs of business and individual customers and propose suitable plans or services
  • Identify opportunities and build relationships with potential customers through networking, cold calling, and other methods
  • Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular progress reviews and present them to stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
  • Meet sales targets for new clients and insurance products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of various insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in statistics methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Results-driven and able to work independently
  • High school or BSc degree; professional certification is a plus
