About the Insurance Broker position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to collaborate with our team in managing business development activities.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing effective marketing strategies to promote and sell our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to identify suitable risk management strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to existing and new clients
  • Assess the needs of business or individual customers and propose relevant plans or services
  • Review insurance claims to ensure fair treatment and client satisfaction
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present them to relevant stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
  • Meet targets for acquiring new clients and selling insurance products and services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of various types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others
  • Strong computer skills and statistical analysis abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • High school or BSc degree; professional certification is a plus
