Role Summary

We are in search of a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our family. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering preventative maintenance services to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean HVAC systems and identify and rectify water leaks.
  • Recharge air conditioning systems with refrigerant and assess superheat and subcooling levels.
  • Generate leads for equipment and accessories.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of Preventative Maintenance Agreements.
  • Inspect electrical components essential for HVAC functionality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under extreme weather conditions, including high heat and freezing temperatures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC.
  • Must hold EPA certification.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Maintain a clean driving and criminal record.
  • Ability to successfully pass drug and background screenings.
  • Standard technician tools are required.
  • Exhibit a neat and professional appearance.
  • Steel toe boots are mandatory.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
