Job Summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Register and check in patients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect and post payments, and assist with patient billing questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure completion of all encounter documentation prior to check out, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Coordinate with onsite supervisors to ensure providers' schedules are at capacity, reviewing daily schedules for availability.
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent
  • 1 year - Office Related
  • Customer service, interpersonal, critical thinking
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Works independently and with a team
  • Organization, administrative and clerical skills
