Life as a Front Desk Manager:

As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures, hiring and training staff, supervising front desk activities, generating reports, and performing administrative duties. You will also respond to and resolve guest service requests.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager who possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality or a related field, a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and good leadership and training abilities.

What to expect in your first few months:

In your first few months, you will learn about the hotel and its amenities, assist and lead the front desk team, and show guests how our staff can provide the best guest service. As your work progresses, you will be a key contributor to the overall guest experience.
