Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Services Program Consultant to join our team at the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.

This is a full-time position that will involve working closely with our staff to develop and implement programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with staff to identify and address program needs
  • Provide technical assistance and support to staff
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform program development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, public administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and research skills
