Program Scheduler

ENTEK is seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to join our team at our Lebanon, Oregon location. As a Program Scheduler, you will play a critical role in providing data to management to update program and project status and impact on the overall portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Schedules: Prepare and keep current master program and project plans, including monitoring and tracking for sub-project plans.
- Monitor Project Requirements: Stay abreast of changes to project requirements and provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of the project schedule.
- Identify and Record Schedule Impact: Identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled.
- Provide Regular Schedule Updates: Evaluate actual engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and commissioning progress and provide regular schedule updates.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Interface with department managers, owners, and subcontractors to discuss the impact of work and resolution of problems.
- Review Project Trackers: Review project trackers weekly and communicate with supervisors when projects are off-track.
- Coordinate with Purchasing: Coordinate with purchasing to follow up on vendor delivery commitments.
- Develop Working Schedules: Contribute to the development of working schedules or estimating to illustrate the sequence of work activities and contract time sufficiently.
- Load and Maintain Employee Vacations: Load and maintain employee vacations and company holidays into MS Project.
- Work with Department Managers: Work with department managers to create value streams that are assigned to large projects.
- Assist Project Managers: Assist project managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine their impact on the master schedule, and help formulate actions to correct scheduling problems.
- Schedule Programs and Update Resource Utilization: Work with project team members to schedule programs and update forecasted resource utilization.
- Provide Training: Provide training to departments related to scheduling as needed.
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear, is occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit for extended lengths of time, and requires specific vision abilities, including close, color, and focus.
