Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate divisional Customer Service and Administrative activities to ensure seamless communication between customers and the Boyd manufacturing floor.
- Oversee customer relations to ensure quotes and pricing fit market requirements and provide solid manufacturability, adequate profits, and appropriate clarity and protection for Boyd.
- Lead the Customer Service team, including hiring, training, pay recommendations, and oversight of New Product Managers and Account Managers.
- Collaborate with sales management and the General Manager to create sales forecasts and business growth.
- Represent the Customer Service department in evaluating new and potential changes to business process practices and speaking on behalf of Customer Service, assisting in their successful implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of five years' previous Customer Service management experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees within other departments to reach optimal solutions.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $140,000/year.
