Healthcare Provider Account Manager

At Quest Diagnostics, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Provider Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving territory growth and profitability through providing exceptional service and resolving issues in support of several sales territories.
Responsibilities:- Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics, and supplies to identify customer needs.
- Drive sales growth in existing key accounts through targeting new sales opportunities and identifying and closing potential leakage opportunities.
- Ensure customer retention by maintaining relationships with current accounts and managing a $10M book of business.
- Drive growth in assigned key accounts.
- Prepare and present customer business reviews.
- Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with specialty account executives and sales directors.
- Partner with specialty account executives on complex clinical discussions.
- Partner with the customer solutions group to facilitate, prioritize, and resolve customer service issues.
- Leverage all tools and resources, including data, SFDC, target lists, marketing department, laboratory resources, and regional resources as needed.
- Provide continuing education to customers on new technologies and laboratory testing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Three years of experience in sales with account ownership.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and general economics of business.
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft software.
