Specific Duties

  • Manage daily operations across service lines.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure clinical appropriateness.
  • Supervise staff scheduling to guarantee adequate support for providers.
  • Optimize provider schedules to maximize capacity.
  • Arrange coverage during staff absences.
  • Train new and existing staff on clinical and operational procedures.
  • Conduct daily billing reconciliations, including documentation and coding.
  • Minimize patient rescheduling due to clinic/provider issues.
  • Manage inventory and order medical supplies as needed.
  • Audit clinical documentation for quality assurance.
  • Review patient checkout and DME logs for compliance with standards.
  • Ensure accurate logging and processing of co-pay collections.
  • Generate accountability and performance reports for staff and providers.
  • Develop protocols for managing unexpected events.
  • Facilitate daily team meetings to enhance communication.
  • Oversee patient flow and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support local marketing initiatives through community engagement.
  • Ensure overall patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Experience in a hospital management setting is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this role include regular sitting, using hands for equipment manipulation, and effective communication. The employee must be able to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: The noise level in the workplace ranges from moderate to high.
