About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our team at REEDS Jewelers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our luxury jewelry and timepiece products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
  • Develop extensive brand and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience required; luxury experience a plus.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a technical product strongly preferred.
  • Superior communications skills: spoken and written.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights and weekends on a weekly basis.
