About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Michael Kors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales results, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends, product lines, and styling techniques to effectively engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with management to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to foster a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
