Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed.
Work Environment:

This role will require frequent travel to customer sites, with occasional overnight stays. You will be working in a variety of environments, including customer factories and offices.
