Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is on the lookout for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our educational team. In this role, you will significantly contribute to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-time commitment.
  • Contract position for the academic year.
  • Work onsite within the school setting.
  • Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to promote positive educational experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions.
  • Manage a caseload of students aged 3 to 22.
  • Competitive hourly pay rate starting at $55, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active SLP State License.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
Interview Process:
  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
  • Typically, an offer is extended within 24 hours post-interview.
