Overview
For nearly three decades, RESIDE Worldwide Inc. has excelled as a premier provider of international housing solutions. We specialize in corporate housing, furniture rental and sales, property management, and cleaning services. We are currently looking for an Operations Support Specialist to assist with administrative functions for our guests and our teams in Furnishings, Cleaning Services, and Corporate Housing. Our primary objective is to ensure our guests experience complete satisfaction and comfort in their temporary residences.
Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble key packets for guests.
- Process key returns efficiently.
- Create key tags and duplicate keys for new units.
- Maintain and update the missing key log, communicating with relevant teams to facilitate returns.
- Notify Supplier Support Services regarding unreturned keys and coordinate necessary lock changes.
- Monitor access support, dispatch, and leasing emails, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Manage key inventory for leased and wholesale properties.
- Oversee parking arrangements for properties with external garages and contracted buildings.
- Print task schedules and prepare keys/access items for field staff.
- Maintain inventory of key tags, envelopes, and other necessary items for key packets.
- Investigate missing items and discrepancies.
- Process job completion documents from the field.
- Organize and schedule in-field tasks efficiently.
- Execute the new unit pickup process, including lease signings, inspections, and ensuring all pertinent information is collected.
- Coordinate new unit setup for furniture, housewares, and utilities.
- Send bi-weekly updates for doorman lists and property directories, ensuring all property contact and parking information is current.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Must demonstrate teamwork in support of company and departmental goals. All client communications should be professional and well-articulated. Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and other relevant software, is essential.
Preferred:
Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
Licenses & Certifications:
