Position Overview
Trillium Staffing is seeking a Lead Systems Architect to join our dynamic team.

We specialize in providing advanced sub-systems and components essential for critical operations in modern military vehicles.

Our expertise encompasses electrohydraulic and electromechanical actuation systems, and through strategic acquisitions and in-house innovations, we deliver comprehensive solutions in:

  • Stabilized Turret Drive Mechanisms
  • Integrated Weapon Systems (from mechanical design to software and fire control electronics)
  • Ammunition Management
  • Data Control and Distribution
  • Power Management and Distribution
As a Lead Systems Architect, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing systems engineering expertise for the design, development, integration, testing, and validation of intricate electromechanical systems.
  • Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to create specifications for components and subsystems.
  • Defining hardware and software interfaces among subsystems.
  • Developing, testing, analyzing, and documenting algorithms for turret fire control.
  • Constructing linear and nonlinear dynamic models and simulations to assess system performance.
  • Offering technical leadership and direction for development teams.
  • Supporting laboratory and field testing initiatives.
  • Generating technical documentation including plans and reports.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

The annual salary range is $140,000 to $200,000.

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Control Systems and Signal Processing.
-5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.

  • Knowledge of classical and modern control systems design.
  • Understanding of signal processing and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with both hardware and software aspects of electromechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of motivation.
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Capability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with a focus on Control Systems and Signal Processing.
  • Experience in turret fire control systems design, integration, and testing.
  • Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong mathematical foundation.
  • Active DoD Security Clearance.
