About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician III to join our research lab team at E Ink Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day chemical and fabrication processes in a fast-paced research environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include executing batch processes, handling chemical materials, and interfacing with electronic and process equipment. You will also participate in our Technician Certification Program and contribute to the completion of chemical batch execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a team player mentality and a strong awareness of safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute batch processes within the benchtop research arena
  • Handle specific chemical materials in accordance with proper safety guidelines
  • Execute batch run sheets as required in conjunction with research scientists and engineers
  • Interface with electronic and process equipment to perform various operations within the lab and facilities environment
  • Participate and engage in all aspects of the Technician Certification Program
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with 6 months to 2 years of work experience
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changes
  • Able to multitask with precision and attention to detail
  • Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Able to lift and maneuver objects weighing < 48 pounds
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of a 10 hour workday
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Previous knowledge of safe practices and OSHA requirements
  • Waste water processing experience
  • Experience with ISO-9001 and GMP guidelines
