We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Specialist Lead to join our team at Lane Bryant in Myrtle Beach, SC. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment, building relationships with customers, and driving business results.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

In this role, you will:

  • Create a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and operational leadership
  • Build enduring relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and achieve company goals
  • Support sales and service efforts through effective floor supervision and community/store activities

Requirements:

  • Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
  • Ability to work at least 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers
