About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Lead, you will:

  • Coach and develop sales representatives to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships and retention.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
