Wireless Technologies Installation Manager

The DAS Foreman will lead a team of installation technicians in managing the installation of DAS and other wireless equipment. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on ensuring high-quality installations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of installation technicians
Ensure adequate manpower and resources for installations
Mentor and cross-train team members
Monitor subordinate morale and take action to maintain high levels
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure all inventory, equipment, and paperwork are prepared for each installation job
Prioritize safety at all times
Develop ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the installation process
Technical Requirements:
Installing DAS/Small Cell wireless equipment using external and internal antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, and other components to NEC standards
Mounting rack, wall, and ceiling electronic DAS components
Fusion splicing fiber and testing
Connectorizing 50 ohm RF cable and testing
Troubleshooting new and existing DAS systems
Competence in computer skills, such as IP interfaces to GUI programmable systems
Background and skillset for wiring DC power plants and low-voltage circuits
RF cable sweep, PIM, and fiber testing
Work Environment:
This role will require local work at first, but may involve travel over time. The general hours of work will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours.
