Key Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Specialist:
  • Manage inventory for Heavy and Medium Duty vehicles
  • Process warranty-related documentation
  • Update truck sales inventory on various platforms
  • Prepare truck transactions for the accounting team
  • Maintain organized truck files for quoting purposes
  • Oversee the Delivery Board
  • Coordinate and assist with the delivery and pickup of sold trucks
  • Relocate trucks on the lot as necessary
  • Communicate with various departments regarding truck deliveries
  • Engage with management and customers about delivery issues
  • Collaborate with body companies
  • Issue purchase orders related to truck sales
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Attend required training sessions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the care of equipment
  • Follow safety guidelines

Qualifications for the Sales Operations Specialist:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • A minimum of two years of administrative experience is necessary; experience in heavy-duty truck sales or knowledge is preferred
  • A valid CDL is required
