Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our State Farm Sales Team. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting our insurance products and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

This is a seasonal position with the potential for a permanent role based on your ability to connect with customers and contribute to the growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential customers and establish strong relationships to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Educate customers on various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses.
