About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Materials and Processes Specialist to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, documenting, and continuously improving materials and processes to ensure design and manufacturing requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Challenge the status quo by identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to drive reductions in cost and processing time while maintaining design intent and quality
  • Work hands on with processes such as welding, coating, cladding, plating, and heat treatment to develop robust processing parameters and approaches
