About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Suppression Technician to join our team at Encore Fire Protection. As a Fire Suppression Technician, you will be responsible for performing inspections, testing, and recharging of kitchen and industrial systems, as well as fire extinguishers. You will also be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire suppression systems in commercial buildings throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections, testing, and recharging of kitchen and industrial systems, as well as fire extinguishers.
  • Assemble, install, maintain, and service fire suppression systems in commercial buildings throughout New Jersey.
  • Represent Encore Fire Protection in a positive and professional manner while interacting with customers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of fire suppression systems and equipment. You will also need to be able to work at heights and lift at least 50lbs. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the state of New Jersey are also required. Additionally, you will need to be able to pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
