**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide support for therapy services under the direct supervision of a physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, occupational therapist, or athletic trainer.
* Maintain a clean and organized therapy clinic, including daily cleaning of exercise/treatment equipment and management of supply inventory.
* Assist with documentation of internal competencies, modality, and exercise training.
* Participate in facility and equipment inspections.
* Manage front office functions, including scheduling, check-in, check-out, and collection of deductibles or past due balances.
* Act as a liaison between patients and therapists, ensuring efficient communication and effective teamwork.

**Requirements:**

* High school graduate or equivalent.
* College coursework or degree in exercise science, physical therapy, or occupational therapy preferred.
* Current certification in CPR.
