Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Consultant Payroll Administrator to manage our payroll functions accurately and efficiently. As part of our team, you will maintain electronic timekeeping systems, process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, coordinate with HR to verify employee data, calculate wages, benefits, and taxes, prepare reports for upper management, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with finance and HR departments to ensure seamless alignment and reconciliation. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, have at least 5 years of experience in payroll administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have experience working with payroll software. Additionally, you should be able to handle confidential information discreetly and possess knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal payroll and tax laws. We offer a competitive estimated salary of $24-$37 per hour.
