About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic and growing team in the construction industry. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our payroll processes.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will be responsible for accurately processing weekly and monthly payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
  • You will handle and record timesheets, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You will resolve any payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries regarding payroll.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and timesheet management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve queries and interact with staff at all levels.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • A degree in finance, business, or a related field would be advantageous.
