Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for handling the administration of our electronic timekeeping system, reviewing and verifying timesheets and work schedules, processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, and coordinating with HR to ensure correct employee data.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail are essential, as well as excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system and setup each employee, ensuring proper time recording.
  • Review and verify timesheets and work schedules for accuracy.
  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure correct employee data.
  • Handle the calculation of wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Prepare and submit reports on payroll to upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
