Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
  • Seek new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and various lead generation methods.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing networking relationships with professionals such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
  • Excel in building and nurturing relationships.
  • Increase sales revenue by leveraging phone, email, and potential client databases.

Qualifications
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
  • A Property & Casualty license is advantageous, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Must demonstrate high levels of self-motivation.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
