Executive Assistant with Advanced Calendar Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional calendar management skills, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and events. They will also be responsible for disseminating executive calendars to relevant staff and serving as a liaison to other senior executives.
This role requires the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and discretion when resolving conflicts and prioritizing unscheduled demands. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and written skills, enabling them to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
About This Role:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to our leadership team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments and events with ease
- Disseminate executive calendars to relevant staff and serve as a liaison to other senior executives
- Prioritize unscheduled demands and resolve conflicts using sound judgment and discretion
- Compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives, showcasing excellent written skills
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
