Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development for ELA products, from concept, launch and beyond.
  • Maintain curriculum catalog in CMS including corrections, updates and improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather feedback from users and internal teams to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Work with Engineering and Design teams to build, test, and ship new products prioritizing features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3yrs experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the educational technology space or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ELA product development experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ELA pedagogy, curriculum standards, and trends in K-12 education.
  • Classroom teaching experience is a plus.
