Product Manager, English Language Arts

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of high-quality educational products for English Language Arts (ELA). As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of ELA education and delivering solutions that have a lasting impact on student outcomes.

About the Role

This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $98,000. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including free healthcare, vision, dental, 401k matching, unlimited paid-time-off, monthly home-office stipends, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development for ELA products, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Maintain curriculum catalog in Content Management Systems (CMS) including corrections, updates, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather feedback from users and internal teams to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the educational technology space or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ELA product development experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ELA pedagogy, curriculum standards, and trends in K-12 education.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a virtual, remote work environment.
