We seek a dynamic Content Manager to help bring our growing number of HQIM to K–12 schools across the country. This position will report directly to the Senior Product Manager for English Language Arts (ELA).

Job Description

This role participates in the development and execution of our ELA product roadmap. The Content Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of engaging, effective, and user-centered ELA learning experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our ELA products and deliver solutions that have a lasting impact on student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development for ELA products, from concept, launch, and beyond.
  • Maintain curriculum catalog in CMS including corrections, updates, and improvements.
  • May train and manage contractor(s) to assist in ingestion and maintenance of catalog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather feedback from users and internal teams to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Work with Engineering and Design teams to build, test, and ship new products prioritizing features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Define detailed product specifications and requirements, oversee development, write user stories, and perform user acceptance testing of all feature development.
  • Partner with other departments and external partners to successfully roll out new products, features, and optimizations.

This role also leads cross-functional teams to prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities, communicates progress and challenges to stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables, engages with the ELA community to understand their unique needs, and monitors and measures product performance using insights to make data-informed decisions.
