Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks and duties to team members.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new associates.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise of departmental machines, equipment, and procedures.
  • Implement preventative maintenance plans for machines and equipment.
  • Identify and address production problem areas, implementing countermeasures as needed.
  • Monitor production progress against the production schedule.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement measures to reduce expenses.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
  • Effectively communicate with management, supervisors, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on leadership and problem-solving.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of industry-specific software.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, carrying, and lifting.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required in accordance with company policy.
