Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily collection, scanning, and distribution of incoming mail and express services
  • Supervise staff, including team member training and coaching, annual reviews, and attendance monitoring
  • Oversee the management of original loan documents, including intake, request, and return processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate lien release management
  • Collaborate with Document Custodians to ensure efficient document processing

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in a banking environment, with a well-rounded loan servicing background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of mail and document processing, including imaging and routing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
