Your Responsibilities as Executive Director

In your role as Executive Director at Heritage of Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will oversee the daily operations of our community, ensuring outstanding financial performance.

This position is multifaceted and requires a strong focus on:

  • Leading an exceptional team. We are committed to hiring only the best talent. This role is predominantly about people—identifying, developing, and retaining top performers while fostering a respectful and appreciative environment for all, especially our residents and their families.
  • Maintaining full occupancy of the property, benefiting residents, staff, and investors alike. A sales-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
  • Guiding department heads to manage and surpass their financial targets. Meeting and exceeding budget expectations is a fundamental requirement.
  • Fostering a culture aligned with our core values and establishing a market presence that reflects our mission and vision.
  • Creating an environment where seniors in the local area aspire to live and where associates are eager to work.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related role.
  • Licensure or a commitment to obtain necessary licensure as required by state regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
